  • Pilates can be a great component of a healthy weight loss journey. It’s 80% food and 20% exercise. Combined with a healthy diet you’ll see improvements not only in weight but strength, balance and confidence.

    We also have a fantastic nutritionist who you can work with during the program for an additional fee.

  • Yes! Our Studios all have a Reformer with a Tower Combination. We start on the Reformer and then add in the Pilates Tower + other props to deepen your workout.

    Our machines are top of the line Balanced Body that we’ve customized to work best for our method at TPC and to give you an even better workout.

    The At-Home Sessions will be mat based with the addition of some dumbells and basic props. These will complement the moves you’re doing in the studio.

  • Try it for yourself - you’ll see how custom, slowed-down strength training on the Pilates Reformer will have a major impact on your body.

    Our clients see changes in their bodies, their confidence, their flexibility, and beyond. A Pilates foundation goes well beyond the studio. We’ll change how you move and approach exercise.

  • Absolutely! Not only will we meet at the end to take transformation pictures and do a full assessment. We’ll make sure you have a plan and steps forward to maintain what you’ve built with us.

    This is a life long habit and foundation setting program that will carry you long beyond the 90 days.
