Our Instructors are the real deal. They’re not only Pilates Certified - they specialize in Private Training and work full-time as trainers.

They know how to teach the Pilates Method but also understand how to look at a body and build a program specifically for you. They’re also passionate, genuine humans who care about you as an individual.

  • We use the Pilates Reformer, Tower, and Free-weights to give you a serious strength training workout. It may be Pilates but we use weight to really challenge you and develop your skills.

  • We do strength training in flexible positions - think full range of motion. You’ll see your flexibility (+mobility) increase while still getting a good workout in.

  • Wanting to improve something specific? Work towards handstands, returning to dance, preparing for a wedding, addressing pain, or recovering from an injury? We’ll customize every session to help you reach these goals

 

The Studios.

We have 2 beautiful Private Training Studios in Chelsea and Nomad NYC. Both are light-filled Pilates oases. A minimalist space that has everything you need for a perfect workout with the privacy and focus of 1-on-1 training.

Single Session: Body Assessment

Come see the studio, we’ll discuss what you’ve been looking for out of your training routine while starting a workout and seeing how you move.

10 Sessions: Fresh Start
(6 month expiry)

$1300

Let’s do it. You’re ready to commit and get on the schedule - we’ll book in a recurring weekly slot, set a goal and start our training. In 10 sessions you’ll feel a difference.

Monthly Membership: Allstar (8 sessions/month)

$880/month

Commit to 8 sessions a month for 3 months ($110/session). We’ll set a goal and see you in the studio every week. You’ll see how well consistency works and become an Allstar.

 

What a session at the Pilates Circuit will look like

We spend every session building towards your goals, advancing exercises from the week before, and addressing any new things that may pop up that week. You'll get more and more comfortable with the reformer, start to find your abdominals, revaluate how you move, strengthen posture + a ton more, but we’ll get there!
