How can I book last minute?
Visit the Current Clients page and choose any available time slot or studio that works for you.
If you prefer to book with a specific instructor, scroll down and select the instructor’s Calendly link to view their availability.
How do I pay?
If you have a current class pack or membership, we'll deduct your sessions accordingly. If not, we’ll send you a Stripe link to complete your payment.
Single Sessions for $160: Please process payment prior to the start of your session time, otherwise, we’ll charge the card on file at the end of the session.
10 Pack for $1400 (+ tax): We will send you a reminder when you have 1 session left on your 10 Pack with the payment link.
Monthly Membership for $960/month: We will auto charge your card every month. Please email if you need to cancel or pause your membership.
How do I cancel my session?
If you booked through Calendly, use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule.
You can also email hello@thepilatescircuit.com to request a cancellation. As long as you email over 12hrs in advance, you won’t be charged
How can I contact my instructor?
Reply all to the calendar invite or send an email to hello@thepilatescircuit.com, and we’ll help connect you with your instructor.
What’s the cancellation policy?
If you ever need to cancel your session we have a 12hr cancellation policy, just email hello@thepilatescircuit.com prior to the 12hr mark.
We may not be able to respond to your email before your session, but as long as your email is sent before the 12hr mark, you won't be charged for the session.
How can I track my progress or number of sessions used?
If you're ever curious about how many sessions you have remaining on your 10-pack or monthly membership, just email hello@thepilatescircuit.com, and we’ll provide an update!
You’ll also receive an email notification when you have one session left in your 10-pack.
What happens if I’m running late?
If you're running late, no worries! Just reply all to the calendar invite or email hello@thepilatescircuit.com, and we’ll inform your instructor.
Do I need to reconfirm my standing sessions each month?
You’re all set! Once you have a standing appointment we reserve that time indefinitely for you. Just let us know if that time no longer works for you and we can update it for you but on our end, that becomes your slot and you don’t have to worry about renewing it.
Can I change Instructors?
Absolutely! You’re not locked in to working with any Instructor. Our whole team is fantastic and we’d love for you to work with several people. Let us know if you’d like to switch and we can tell you who works best with your availability and get that setup for you.
I’m sick, can I come to class?
Unfortunately no, you need rest! For your safety + the safety of our instructors and clients we have a firm no-sick-pilates policy. Please cancel your session 12hrs prior and get some rest. We’ll see you again when you’re back up and healthy.
