What Our Personal Training Looks Like
You’ll work on a mix of our Pilates Machines (Balanced Body Infinity Reformer and Tower Combination) as well as our free weights, bench, stall bars and gym area.
Depending on your goals, we’ll adapt the work out across disciplines and make sure you’re getting excellent Pilates training but not missing out on your strength goals.

This is the perfect opportunity to get a taste of the studio and the Pilates Circuit method while getting a workout in. You'll be introduced to our equipment, guided through intentional movement, and supported every step of the way.
This session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, creating a strong foundation for future progress and ongoing confidence in your practice. You'll also have time to ask questions, clarify preferences, or share anything else that helps us better support your individual movement journey right from the start.
