Standing Session Availability

Ready to make your favorite workout time yours, every week? Standing sessions are your personal recurring appointments with your preferred instructors, reserved just for you. Once you book a standing session, that timeslot is yours indefinitely - no need to keep rebooking.

Standing sessions are the best way to stay consistent, build momentum, and secure your ideal times. Plus, if your instructor is ever unavailable, we’ll arrange a trusted substitute so you never miss a session.

Please note: We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel a standing session. To keep your recurring slot, we ask for 90%+ attendance.
