Standing Session Availability
Ready to make your favorite workout time yours, every week? Standing sessions are your personal recurring appointments with your preferred instructors, reserved just for you. Once you book a standing session, that timeslot is yours indefinitely - no need to keep rebooking.
Standing sessions are the best way to stay consistent, build momentum, and secure your ideal times. Plus, if your instructor is ever unavailable, we’ll arrange a trusted substitute so you never miss a session.
We highly recommend reserving standing sessions for multiple days each week to lock in your perfect routine and maximize your progress. Please note: Standing sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation and require consistent attendance to maintain the slot.
