Your 90 Day Transformation Framework

Phase 1: Precision Assessment & Goal Setting

Complete your first session where we'll discuss your goals, assess how you move, identify strengths and limitations, and build a personalized plan for your next 90 days.

Phase 2: 36 Private 1:1 Pilates Sessions

Over the next 90 days, you'll complete 36 private Pilates sessions designed to progressively build strength, improve movement patterns, and create lasting results. Most clients train 3 times per week to maximize progress and create meaningful change within the program.

Phase 3: Weekly Check-Ins + Adjustments

We track your progress weekly; including strength, endurance, posture improvements, and physique changes and adjust your program as needed to keep you moving toward your goals.

Phase 4: Long-Term Blueprint

At the end of your 90-day transformation, you'll have a clear understanding of what works for your body and a sustainable strategy to maintain your results long after the program is complete.
