Private Prenatal Training That Adapts To Your Pregnancy

Pregnancy changes how your body handles movement, load, and stability. We work with clients across all trimesters, adjusting training as your body evolves. Rather than applying generic rules, we modify positioning, range, and intensity based on how you’re actually moving and feeling.

There are certain movements we avoid or adapt particularly those that create unnecessary pressure or instability but the focus isn’t restriction. It’s maintaining strength and control in a way that’s appropriate for your body.

This is still training. It’s just done with more precision and preparing you for delivery, recovery and beyond.

Strength Work That Supports Stability And Daily Movement

As your pregnancy progresses, stability becomes increasingly important especially through the hips, core, and upper body. We focus on building strength in the areas that support posture, balance, and control, while accounting for the natural shifts in alignment and mobility that occur over time.

This tends to make a noticeable difference in common issues like lower back discomfort, hip tightness, and general instability. The goal is simple: you should feel more supported in your body as your pregnancy progresses, not less

Prenatal Reformer Pilates That Prioritizes Comfort & Control

The reformer allows us to adjust support and resistance with precision, which becomes especially valuable during pregnancy.

We can change positioning, reduce pressure where needed, and control load in a way that allows you to continue building strength without unnecessary strain.

We’re not just removing exercises we’re adapting them so you can keep training in a way that feels productive and appropriate. That’s what allows you to stay consistent without second-guessing what’s safe.

“I wanted to keep training during pregnancy but didn’t want to guess what was safe. Everything was adjusted in real time, which made it easy to stay consistent. I felt strong the entire time not limited or overly cautious.”

— Olivia

“This felt like proper training, not a watered-down version of it. My back and hips felt noticeably better, and I felt more stable as my body changed week to week. Sooo grateful for Tamara, Anyeli and Brienne’s support during my pregnancy.”

— Kealy

“Some days I had energy, some days I didn’t and the sessions always met me where I was. I never felt pushed in the wrong way, but I also didn’t feel like I was doing nothing. My pregnancy was challenging but I was able to maintain my fitness because of TPC.”

— Roxanne

A flexible training approach that supports you through your Pregnancy

There’s no fixed prenatal program here. Your body is changing week to week, and your training reflects that.

We’re paying attention to how you’re feeling, how you’re moving, and what your body needs more (or less) of and adjusting accordingly.

Some sessions focus more on strength, others on control, positioning, or simply moving in a way that feels good that day. That flexibility is what allows you to stay consistent and continue progressing throughout your pregnancy.

Our Personalized Training continues into Postpartum

We don’t see pregnancy as a standalone phase. How you train now impacts how you recover and return to exercise later. Clients typically pause their sessions when they’re no longer cleared to train, and return when they’re ready picking up with a program that reflects where their body is at postpartum.

Because we’ve worked with you throughout your pregnancy, that transition is more seamless. We understand your baseline, your movement patterns, and what your body responds to. The goal isn’t just to stay active during pregnancy, it’s to set you up to return to training well after.
