Private Prenatal Training That Adapts To Your Pregnancy

Pregnancy changes how your body handles movement, load, and stability. We work with clients across all trimesters, adjusting training as your body evolves.

No two pregnancies feel exactly the same. Even the same client can walk in feeling completely different from one week to the next. We pay attention to how you’re moving and what feels comfortable that day.

If your balance changes, we adjust your position. If something creates pressure or discomfort, we change the range, resistance, or setup. Certain movements may need to be avoided, while others simply need more support.

You still get to work hard, build strength, and feel like yourself. We just make smarter training decisions as your body changes.

That precision helps prepare you for delivery, recovery, and eventually returning to your regular training.

Strength Work That Supports Stability As Your Body Changes During Pregnancy

As your pregnancy progresses, stability becomes increasingly important, especially through the hips, core, and upper body. We focus on building strength in the areas that support posture, balance, and control, while accounting for the natural shifts in alignment and mobility that occur over time.

This tends to make a noticeable difference in common issues like lower back discomfort, hip tightness, and general instability. The goal is simple: you should feel more supported in your body as your pregnancy progresses, not less

Prenatal Reformer Pilates That Adapts Positioning And Load Throughout Pregnancy

The reformer allows us to adjust support and resistance with precision, which becomes especially valuable during pregnancy.

We can change positioning, reduce pressure where needed, and control load in a way that allows you to continue building strength without unnecessary strain.

We’re not just removing exercises; we’re adapting them so you can keep training in a way that feels productive and appropriate. That’s what allows you to stay consistent without second-guessing what’s safe.

“I wanted to keep training during pregnancy but didn’t want to guess what was safe. Everything was adjusted in real time, which made it easy to stay consistent. I felt strong the entire time not limited or overly cautious.”

— Olivia

“This felt like proper training, not a watered-down version of it. My back and hips felt noticeably better, and I felt more stable as my body changed week to week. Sooo grateful for Tamara, Anyeli and Brienne’s support during my pregnancy.”

— Kealy

“Some days I had energy, some days I didn’t and the sessions always met me where I was. I never felt pushed in the wrong way, but I also didn’t feel like I was doing nothing. My pregnancy was challenging but I was able to maintain my fitness because of TPC.”

— Roxanne

How Private Prenatal Pilates Sessions Work

Every session is private, giving us 50 minutes to focus entirely on how your body is moving that day.

Your program reflects your pregnancy stage, current comfort, movement experience, and the changes we see as you train. We continue adjusting it as your pregnancy progresses.

What to Expect From Your First Private Session

We begin by talking about your current training, pregnancy stage, and anything that has recently changed. This gives us a clearer starting point for your session.

From there, we look at how you move and how different positions feel. We pay attention to your balance, stability, comfort, and control before deciding how to progress.

You will still get a full workout during your first session. We introduce movements, adjust the equipment, and find an appropriate level of challenge for you.

By the end, you will understand what feels supportive and how we can continue building strength throughout your pregnancy.

Training That Responds to How You Feel Each Session

Pregnancy can feel different from one day to the next. Your energy, balance, comfort, and strength may shift without much warning.

We pay attention to those changes as soon as you arrive. If something feels different, we adjust the session instead of forcing the original plan.

Some days may include more strength work. Other sessions may focus more on control, positioning, or moving comfortably.

You will still leave feeling like you trained. The session simply reflects what your body can productively handle that day.

Why Choose Private Prenatal Pilates Instead of Group Classes?

Pregnancy changes quickly, and a group class cannot always pause to respond to every change you feel.

Private sessions give us time to watch how you move and adjust the exercise immediately. Your positioning, resistance, range, and pace are chosen specifically for you.

You never have to keep up with the person beside you or wonder whether a modification applies to your body. We can slow down, add support, or increase the challenge whenever you need it.

That individual attention helps you train with more confidence while still receiving a focused, productive workout.

Our Personalized Training continues into Postpartum

Pregnancy and postpartum training are connected parts of the same process. While we work together during pregnancy, we learn how you move and what helps you feel strongest. When you are no longer cleared to train, you pause your sessions. Once you are ready and cleared to return, we reassess how your body feels and moves after delivery.

That first postpartum session builds on the work we have already done together. We understand your previous baseline, training history, and how your body responded throughout pregnancy.

From there, we adjust your program as you rebuild strength, control, and confidence. Your training continues progressing at a pace that reflects where your body is now.
