Private Training That Evolves As Your Body Changes

Menopause changes how your body responds to strength, recovery, and movement.

What worked before may not feel as effective or as comfortable now. Strength, stability, and energy levels can shift, often without a clear reason.

Our sessions are designed to adapt to those changes. We focus on maintaining and building strength, supporting joint health, and improving how your body moves day to day.

Rather than pushing through or scaling everything back, we adjust how you train so it continues to work for you.

This is about training in a way that reflects where your body is now and where it’s going.

Strength Work That Supports Stability, Energy, And Daily Movement

Strength becomes more important during this phase particularly for maintaining muscle, supporting bone health, and improving overall stability.

We focus on building strength in a way that feels controlled and sustainable, without unnecessary strain on joints or connective tissue. Clients see improvements in posture, balance, and general energy, along with feeling more capable in everyday movement. The goal is to feel strong and supported in your body.

Reformer Sessions That Allow Controlled, Joint-Friendly Progression

The reformer allows us to control resistance and positioning with precision, which becomes especially important as joints become more sensitive and recovery changes.

We can adjust load, range, and support to ensure exercises feel stable and productive not aggravating.

This allows you to continue progressing strength without putting unnecessary stress on areas that are more prone to discomfort. The result is training that feels effective, consistent, and appropriate for your body.

“Menopause hit and I gained 30lbs almost overnight. Training at TPC while working with my nutritionist has been key to getting the weight off and feeling like myself again. I’m so grateful to the team helping me through a vulnerable time and helping me feel great again.”

— Rita

“Turns out I’d been training incorrectly for years, after frozen shoulder rehab I signed up for privates and wish I did this 10 years ago.”

— Lisa

“I’m too busy with life to plan a full training program and get fit again after turning 50. I trust the TPC team (especially Toni and Tamara) with my life! They make sure I’m on track and I don’t have to worry about my fitness. I feel great thanks to their hard work with me”

— Leann

Personalized Training That Supports Long-Term Strength and Confidence

We don’t just run you through sessions. We’re paying attention to how your body is responding what’s improving, what needs more support, and where you’re ready to progress.

Menopause isn’t static, and your training shouldn’t be either. We adjust your program over time so you’re not plateauing or second-guessing what’s working.

If something isn’t effective, we change it. If you’re ready for more, we progress it.

You’ll feel stronger, more stable, and more confident in your body over time.
